FeedForward looks promising in achieving future goals but how past feedback will not impact future goals ?

FeedForward changes perspective. When you ask for feedback, it is a judgment based on person's information and knowledge about the past. ~By asking feedforward, you are changing perspective; however, the person providing feedforward may have past inference in his mind. Feedforward changes focus from "what you should have done differently" to "what you should do in the future."

This doesn't mean we should not retrospect and learn from the past.
